Join us to learn about effective collaborative practices between HR professionals and Hiring Managers in other federal organizations in centralized, decentralized and shared HR services models.

Participants will examine barriers and success factors in the Hiring Manager and HR relationship in their agency’s varying service models.  We will collaborate to develop methods to improve and enhance the Hiring Manager and HR collaboration dependent upon specific service models and agency environments.   

You should register for this webinar if you are an HR professional or hiring manager involved in recruiting or hiring for your agency (even if you're not actively filling needs right now). Registration is open to employees of all Call to Serve member agencies.
